Our Pasta and Rice Dishes
- Lobster ravioli (“Agnolotti”) with a crab sauce -
Fresh pasta filled with lobster and topped with crab sauce
- Calamarata with baby octopus -
Ring shaped durum wheat pasta topped with clumps of baby octopus,
“taggiasche olives” and cherry tomatoes
- Spaghetti allo scoglio -
Spaghetti topped with a rich seafood sauce and small fresh tomatoes
- Seafood Risotto -
Risotto with mussels, prawns, clams, shrimps and baby octopus(Min. 2 pax)
- Noodles with a seafood ragout -
Tagliolini are made of cuttlefish ink and topped with a cuttlefish, mussel,
clam and cherry tomato ragout

Oven cooked flatfish served on a bed of potatoes, cherry tomatoes and
Ligurian “taggiasca” olives
- Mixed grilled Seafood -
Shellfish, cuttlefish and swordfish, all cooked on a very hot grill
to release the array of flavors of the sea
- Fried Seafood -
Deep-fried squid, prawns, seasonal Monterosso anchovies and surmullet
